Fresh spring rolls

The peanut sauce that went with this was really enjoyable. There was a good filling inside with tofu, mushrooms and greens

This is a big restaurant and totally booked. Supposed to be the best vegetarian restaurant in Hanoi. Really wide variety of dishes. Since this was a business lunch I tried getting pictures of the menu and this dish before others came. Really enjoyed it.
