Francisco Burger

I was worried the texture would be too crunchy from the tortilla strips, but it pleasantly surprised me it was very easy and tasty to eat. This burger has a yummy taco flavor. I would recommend it.

It's always a great idea to try the rotating burger at Francis! This Francisco Burger is one from their food truck days. It has a taco seasoned patty, tortilla strips, onion, tomato, lettuce, chipotle mayo, and pickles jalapeños. I chose the black bean patty over Impossible. I really loved the flavor and crunch this burger gives. The jalapeños were spicier than I was expecting, but still very manageable. I did feel that it was all a bit too salty. I think the taco seasoning had salt in it. This was my favorite burger of the night. The Francisco Burger had pepper jack vegan cheese on top of a chorizo impossible patty on a brioche bun smothered in vegan chipotle Mayo. Also topped with lettuce, onion, tomato, jalapeños, and tortilla strips. I will need to watch the menu for the return of this one!!

This was delicious! With the Francisco, you can choose between a patty made from Impossible chorizo or a pimento black bean patty; I went with the black bean patty and I really liked it! The sauce was super yummy and a little spicy. There were tortilla strips in it, but they really didn't add a crunch, maybe they were just soggy from the sauce and cheeze. Overall really great and I'd recommend it! #veganisnotscary #burger
