Flan de chocolate negro

My first experience of a vegan flan. It was sweet yet strongly tasted of dark chocolate. The texture was a bit interesting though. I was expecting something smooth, creamy, and rich like a pannacotta, but it was more like a water-based jelly more than anything. This made it a much lighter kind of dessert but I’m still not sure whether I like the gelatinous texture or not. The strawberry and apple slices were very fresh and went well with it. It pairs nicely with the moscatel too.

Riquísimo postre del menú que hemos disfrutado en la terracita de este agradable restaurante vegetariano con opciones veganas. Intenso sabor a chocolate.
