This was Soo good, I just had to have it a second time 🤭 Its a really nice sandwich (even tho I didn't eat it like a sandwich 🤭) filled with a homemade meaty seitan steak slices which were really nice and juice, grilled peppers, sauteed onions and a really yummy cheezy sauce. Severed with potato waffles.
