First of all, the presentation was gorgeous. Al dente fettuccine coiled up into a mountain peak with a lake of cream and a forest of minced mushrooms. I was expecting this to be on the bland side but it was anything but. The mushrooms were earthy and the cashew cream comforting. It was like a warm hug from a round Nan. Mmmm
the cashew based sauce with mushrooms was delicious! there was a scoop of minced mushrooms on top as well and some shaved vegan parmesan both of which gave the dish even more flavor. our favorite out of the three pasta dishes on their menu.
