Not the best udon I ever had, as I wasn't expecting for them to come
in a soy sauce broth. Still, they have been very pleasant to eat as their seitan is pure perfection and the veggies were a lot, and all very tasty and fresh.
Next time I would try something else, but I really can't complain.
