Definitely my favourite mango salad in Berlin, the mango stripes are well ripe, tasty and
coated in a sweet-spicy soy sauce with a touch of lime. Cucumber, carrots, tomatoes and roasted peanuts are also included and they give balance and freshness to the salad. Moreover, you can choose whether you want to get it with tofu or seitan. And I totally recommend their seitan, the texture is simply heavenly.
