Falafel Style Arepa

The cornmeal cake is to die for, we got one falafel and one black bean and they are both incredible.

This consisted of a crispy falafel patty made of black bean, corn, and cilantro layered with fresh pico de gallo, cucumber, and house aioli all tucked into a fluffy arepa (cornmeal cake). Shown with the sweet and spicy Green Goblin sauce that was served on the side. It was delightful, with a very satisfying mix of complimentary tastes and textures.
