This is a soft hazelnut cake covered with caramel flavor (subtle) and raspberries glazed with

Brilliant flavours in this cake. The cake itself was quite dense but I actually really
enjoy that, makes it very decadent.

was nice and airy, not too dry or crumbly like some other vegan cakes i've tried. loved the custard layer, it was a little bit like cheesecake! overall a very decent dessert. if you have a light palate you'd probably enjoy this. definitely on the pricier side though and no hazlenut taste at all. i'd prefer to spend my money on their quesadilla instead 😛
