Tempura Tofu with Avocado Roll

OMG this was truly #veganheaven!!! I waited a long time for this but it was

soooooo worth the wait! It was originally non vegan but thankfully it could be veganized by omitting the mayo. The avocado 🥑 rolls tasted perfect with enough seaweed and a crispy centre! The tofu was nice too, crispy on the outside and so soft inside with seaweed. The teriyaki sauce was a bit salty. There were also ginger shreds to go with it. I wished there were more! By itself this main is not very filling but with the 5 course meal it makes a good meal that is not too filling. I wish more of the mains could be vegan, like the blue flower tofu which contains egg. My non veg family said that was very nice. You gotta tell them you're vegan and they'll tell you which dishes you can have, as some can be veganized and some can't.

Long ago I think that was probably 8 years ago? it used to be just avocado maki. After that they added tofu, but cut down on the maki. Now the maki just got bigger. Loving every variations. The avocado so creamy.

I had this for 2nd time and the rolls were a little better last time.

I think the inside is supposed to be crunchy, but it wasn’t for some reason. The tofu is very soft and tasty. The sauce is great. Order without mayo.

I love this most! The tofu was tender and the sushi rolls were fresh.
