This is the type of dish I’ll be thinking about until the next time I
get one. The vegan chicken is good, but in the burrito it becomes a bit muddled in the same texture. Subbing it into the tostada bowl (a childhood favorite of mine) and removing cheese and sour cream makes it a vegan delight. It still has lettuce, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and the shell (the best part!), plus complimentary avocado salsa on the side. I hope they add it to the official menu at some point, but in the meantime I’m happy asking for the substitution.
