This "trick" to imitate Galician-style octupus was a winner, though personally I am not one

that likes it when a dish is too reminiscent. The combo of the mushroom, salt, paprika, turnip greens and boiled potato drizzled with olive oil was very impressive!!! Part of 5-course tasting menu that changes weekly, 24,50€.
