This was very delicious! And I must say, this restaurant deserves all of the great
reviews they get. I was told that the restaurant owner has been a vegan for over 30 years and thanks to that, 100% of the items on this menu are plant based. You can devour your entire plate without a single shred of guilt!
I ordered combo plate #3. It has one crispy potato taco, one "chickin" rolled taquito, and one enchilada with lettuce, salsa fresca, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and a side of rice & pinto or black beans.
It was SO GOOD. I wish I had a camparable vegan mexican spot like this in my city!! @abillion10
