First time at this #fullyvegan #mexican restaurant in #seattle. Stopped by on a Saturday night
at about 10:00 pm. They also have a bar with margaritas and other drinks. You seat yourself and order on food on your phone and alcoholic drinks at the bar. It felt a little weird in my opinion and impersonal but not a huge deal for most people. They are open until 11, which is super convenient for a very late diner.
This #carneasada taco was made with #impossible meat and topped with cilantro and onion. You could add sauce but it comes served plain, it needed something for sure because it was a little bland and a tad dry, but decent.
