Weirdest sambal kangkong I've ever had because it was SOUR!! I'm not used to sambal
kangkong being sour and I was concerned that something had gone bad, hopefully they just squeezed lemon/lime on it or something but then again I've never seen anyone do that to sambal kangkong so it's weird.
This wasn’t bad but I’ve deffo had better kangkong. The sambal was a bit meh
imo, but the others at the table seemed to like it 👀
I liked the crunchy bits in this and I love Kang Kong that I’m always
happy to have some.
Quite pricey for veggies but it’s cooked and flavoured perfectly.
