This was soooooooo very good! I am still kinda blown away by the plant based egg from OH MY CLUCK!!! So cool!

While the menu has shrunk for various reasons what’s left is the best of the best- the Eggs Benny is outstanding! A friend exclaimed out loud in excitement after she’d punctured her egg in curiosity and it leaked yolk 🤣 This excellent dish is so worth it!

Eggs Benny on a coconut croissant. Very tasty!!! 👌 The croissant was a little too oily/ buttery and I was looking forward to popping the egg myself but it was popped before I got to it 😕

The egg in this dish is insanely similarly to real eggs! Well done! For someone who has not been vegan for only a bit over a year, this was really great! The "bacon" however, was an epic fail. Does not taste even remotely like bacon or any type of meat. It was sloppy and not crispy like bacon ussually is. Other than the bacon, the dish was good.
