Eggplant In Claypot Sensation

Hearty & delicious dish.  Love the mushrooms as well.  Not very spicy which suited us well.

An absolutely delicious dish. The eggplant was creamy and caramelised. The flavours were full and well developed with the chili adding a slight kick. The serving size was generous.
