The eggplant is phenomenal. The slices are big so you can really get a full taste of it. The peppers give the whole dish just the right amount of spiciness, and the slices are visible so you can choose to move them aside or eat them whole if you want more spiciness. Me and my friend don’t really taste the curry, so this is sure to please any eggplant lover, weather they’re a fan of curry or not. We enjoyed this with a bowl of jasmine rice.
