How do they get the watermelon sashymi to have the texture of sashimi?! Regardless, this

is a pretty delicious dish if a tad on the salty (or is that umami?) side. Perfectly complimented with radish, tomato and cucumber salsa, wasabi peas, tamari, avocado, sesame and fresh dill.
