This was legit. Arabian poached eggs on a bed of tomato sauce and fresh spelt

bread. The egg yolks are made from sweet potato and #turmeric and the yolks made from cashews and coconut. The secret ingredient? Indian black salt! So innovative and so traditional! Love it!

The vegan eggs were so interesting!! The sweet potato and turmeric yolk was really convincing

but the cashew coconut egg white could be a bit firmer to be closer to the real deal. Tomato sauce was pretty decent too! But I think it was missing the beans? 🤔
