Earl Grey Bun

I love my teas but this is not my cup of tea just yet… the bun was soft and the earl grey certainly was intense enough, but I didn’t like the overall flavor which i think was lacking depth; as if the bun was just concentrated sugar and tea and nothing else. The texture of the filling was somewhat sticky, not as smooth as I thought but perhaps warming the bun longer in a microwave should help. On a positive note, the bun was soft and came with quite a generous amount of filling.

This is such a bad pic I’m sorry but I rly liked it!!! Tastes like mooncake to me haha and it’s very moist and soft

The bun was chewy, the earl grey cream/paste was thick and generous. The bun has a little sour aftertaste though
