of e-veg @the marina outlet where he bestowed his generosity upon every patron on his shift, likely making an appearance only on 1st and 15th of lunar months 😉
Managed to feedback on the greasiness level in general over at his Vivo branch (重口味 in his exact words) and the use of dairy in certain dishes. Negligible really, mostly making an appearance in fish soup and easily veganizable in this regard. Also his cute lil uncle moments trying to assess my diminishing #carbsforlife request, all the while trying to shovel more rice onto my plate.
