Dumping Noodle

A warming #noodlesoup dish when it's pissing it down outside 😒 I particularly appreciated the variety of ingredients/condiments, from the #silkentofu to the #enoki #mushroom, and the #cabbage to the julienned #carrot. My favourite parts though were the #spinach and the eponymous #dumplings, obviously 😏 The broth wasn't super flavourful but it did enough, for $6.50 in Bugis I think this is a fair call.

I guess there are a lot of dumpling noodle soup options at #fortunecentre, but this might just be one of my favourites. I really liked the soup in this dish for its taste, and I liked the texture of the noodles too. Their version of the dish comes with carrot, tofu, black fungus, tomato, shimeiji mushrooms, corn, and perhaps a couple of other ingredients I cannot recall. I loved the textural contrasts, and the dumplings had a mock meat filling that had a decent bite to it (as opposed to being soft). I liked this dish so much I ordered it multiple times within a month. #vegan

Chewy noodles, loads of greens, fragrant soup and mildly sweet omnipork dumplings. This was really simple and comforting and filling, and quite a good portion at a really affordable price imo at $4.50. Not too much to say, really. I hadn’t heard of this place before today, but I think it might end up becoming my go-to place at fortune centre.
