Mango sorbet on nut and chocolate soil /crumble, with an unctuous chocolate mousse with granadilla blobs, sugared banana and sugared hazelnuts made an excellent dessert instead of the standard 3 sorbets: even though they are heavenly, a dessert like this finishes a meal perfectly.
