Beyond burger and fries

Really disappointed at Democracy for this menu item. They use a ciabatta bun, which is

unsuitable for a burger because of its tendancy to be dry and hard. I actually injured my mouth eating this. For a vegan restaurant I'm surprised they would serve a typical beyond/impossible instead of any other patty, but also do such a poor job at the menu item at that.

As you can tell from the picture the burger is missing as my son devoured

it, he loves the taste of the beyond meat burger, fries where good but the burger made the dish according to my son
