Beyond burger and fries at Democracy* — rcrw88's Review (Aug 22, 2022)

Really disappointed at Democracy for this menu item. They use a ciabatta bun, which is unsuitable for a burger because of its tendancy to be dry and hard. I actually injured my mouth eating this. For a vegan restaurant I'm surprised they would serve a typical beyond/impossible instead of any other patty, but also do such a poor job at the menu item at that.
