Coconut Rocher Chocolate Cake

This #chocolatehazelnut #cake from Delcie's was marvelous!! My nonvegan family had been thoughtful enough to

get a vegan cake for my cousin's birthday so that I could enjoy too, and it did not disappoint! We all had so much trouble believing the cake was vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar free lol. It was seriously one of the best vegan cakes I've ever had.

To start off, the chocolate toppings were really nice. The chocolate buttercream swirls were rich and decadent. The dark chocolate pieces tasted very authentic as well, and the truffles tasted like dark chocolate ferrero rocher 🤤

As for the cake itself, the chocolate cake was interjected with scrumptios crunchy layers of decadent #hazelnut which we all couldn't get enough of.

Overall, this delectable cake was the highlight of my cousin's birthday!

Ordered guilt free Vegan and Diabetes friendly 5 inch Rocher Choco cake from @delciesdesserts for

$78sgd. Overall the cake taste delicious with hazelnut bits inside and has thick rocher choco taste... but a little sweet for me hence not too sure what make it diabetes friendly. (Probably the type of sugar used ...Not too sure.). The rocher topped on the cake is full of chocolate (see 3rd photo). Also, the "30" age candle was not from the shop. Bought the age candle from elsewhere and ... that's not my age ah! Hahaha woman age is a secret😝!! Delcie also serve other type of cakes (i.e. with eggs, baby friendly.. ). Recommended!!! Cause their cakes are so prettttty and tasty too 😍
