This #chocolatehazelnut #cake from Delcie's was marvelous!! My nonvegan family had been thoughtful enough to get a vegan cake for my cousin's birthday so that I could enjoy too, and it did not disappoint! We all had so much trouble believing the cake was vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar free lol. It was seriously one of the best vegan cakes I've ever had.
To start off, the chocolate toppings were really nice. The chocolate buttercream swirls were rich and decadent. The dark chocolate pieces tasted very authentic as well, and the truffles tasted like dark chocolate ferrero rocher 🤤
As for the cake itself, the chocolate cake was interjected with scrumptios crunchy layers of decadent #hazelnut which we all couldn't get enough of.
Overall, this delectable cake was the highlight of my cousin's birthday!
