Deep Dish “Plant Eater” Pizza

Deep dish was requested for our last night in Chicago. I was having trouble finding good pizza options in Hyde Park, so we ended up just getting it delivered from Kitchen 17. We had to reheat it once it arrived, but then it was as good as fresh! This pizza has a lot of great toppings including artichoke, onion, garlic, spinach, and za'atar.
