Taste of this curry was phenomenal! Enough hit to give a kick and small sweat

bead, but certainly not overpowering in any way. The accompanying dips (one mint raita, the other a tomato chutney) were a perfect compliment to the fragrant curry - the mint raita in particular. Three bowls on a plate turned out to be a little bit annoying though, and it felt a little clumsy to eat - but don’t let this distract from the phenomenal tasting meal that it was!
