The cake itself was a little stodgy, perhaps explaining why the liquid centre was lacking due to being slightly over-baked. The accompanying dips (one mint raita, the other a tomato chutney) were a perfect compliment to the fragrant curry - the mint raita in particular. Three bowls on a plate turned out to be a little bit annoying though, and it felt a little clumsy to eat - but don’t let this distract from the phenomenal tasting meal that it was!Roasted Cauliflower, Potato and Chickpea Curry
