Vegan Pastel De Nata

I finally found a vegan #pasteldenata in Lisbon!! These little custard-filled pastries are a famous Portuguese dessert, and I have walked past so many pastelarias with not a vegan option in sight :( Luckily, we found this #100percentplantbased #veganrestaurant with loads of delicious #vegandesserts to try, including this #pastry! It was all that I’d hoped - slightly warm, tasty and creamy vanilla custard on the inside, surrounded by a flaky, chewy pastry.
