Dan Dan Noodles (veganized)

This dish is not originally vegan, but I requested it to be veganized by subbing the pork for tofu. And it was fabulous! The hand stretched noodles here are always wonderful and the tofu was deep fried and super crunchy. The sauce was a flavour bomb!
