I'm going on a spate of reviewing vegan chicken rice and this is one of

my favourites and most value for money!!! So many ingredients along with the delicious fragrant rice. Seitan mock chicken, delicious soy sauce tofu and peanuts, achar and soup. What a filling satisfying meal! I prefer the fried beancurd chicken drum sticks but this is good too. I find achar can overpower the taste of the fragrant rice a little. The tofu and peanuts were splendid with this! Yum!!! I can't remember how much exactly was really affordable and so when I got $11 chicken rice today I was like, that isn't worth it. This is. Only complaint that it came in a disposable plastic bento. #sgcheapandgood

The bento set consists of hainanese chicken rice, achar, braised beancurd and a soup of

the day. It's really reasonable at $5 and tastes good too!

Taste is good, really really close to the actual chicken rice but i suspect that

also comes wth their soy sauce n sesame oil. The rice is really nice n tasty,not sure if i like the texture of the soy skin as 'chicken', was a bit hard.
Was expecting achar as d condiment but its fine, those cut bakchoy is ok too.
Just a bit peeved off by d plastic plate, i was having this dining in so i don't see why they have to serve it on a plastic plate. so next time im eating in here,ill tell them.
Singapore really has a long way to go in reducing our plastic use,gets me so angry sometimes.geeeze.

Good portion but I guess i still prefer the texture of the "traditional chicken", this

one reminds me of the mock gluten chicken, which is pretty heavy. I appreciate the side dishes though.
