this was a pretty healthy & wholesome kimbap compared to some other dishes 😋 felt

like there could be abit more flavor/spice though!

Such yummy rolls, would definitely have them again! These rolls contained eggs so I guess

it’s not a 100% vegan spot. Squid rings were amazing as well - I think they are made of tofu (I might be wrong). Dumplings were filled with fresh ingredients like spinach & mushrooms. Pancakes were nice & chewy! Only complain would be that they were all a tad oily for my liking. Wish they used airfryers or had steamed option for the dumplings. Ok maybe one more complain, $36 for 4 plates of appetisers is a bit much I feel.

Recently came across Daehwa Vegatarian at Fusionopolis, a 100% vegetarian Korean restaurant. We got the

kimbap, yachae mandu (not pictured), and stew. Everything was SO delicious and on the spicier side of things, which we loved. I am so glad to finally find a Korean place where I can freely order anything from the menu! Also, 40% of the staff here are people with special needs, really appreciate their contribution to provide meaningful employment, inclusivity, and empowerment for all!

This vegan version is what I always order, although the original dish is vegetarian. Loaded

with brown rice, firm tofu (taukwa), avocado, pickled radish, shredded carrot and a hint of sesame. So good!

This is one of my favorites at daehwa. It reminds of maki san (which I

enjoy) but the korean version of it. My omnivore friend thought the combination of the ingredients inside were a bit interesting but I dont mind it since I dont know what authentic korean kimbap is supposed to be like. $11

The kimbap was very fresh and the rice tasted like white sushi rice even though

it’s brown rice. So yummy! :)
