Customised spaghetti alio olio

Another visit to our favourite local restaurant. This customised pasta dish was alió olio with zucchini. Really good, simple and wholesome. A good portion of spaghetti with a perfectly balanced addition of vegetable. Although Pizzeria Pappagone has very little official vegan food listed on the menu, they are always ready to help with dietary requirements. This basic pasta dish can have any veg you fancy added. I love this local restaurant even though they offer next to no official vegan dishes. But they will always customise and say on the menu to ask for dietary preferences. They have great chefs cooking from scratch so their one official vegan pasta alió olio can have a range of veg added. This time I had spinach and sunblushed tomatoes. It was delicious. Our favourite local restaurant, welcoming, helpful, fun. The menu has a few vegetarian options but also states that they are happy to customise dishes to suit dietary needs. I have opted for #spaghetti #aglio #olio before and request additional veg. This was a delicious plate with added #spinach and #broccoli It’s a simple, clean set of flavours and satisfies the appetite. Sometimes the dish can be too oily and the addition of vegetables works really well for me. The restaurant offers vegan cheese on pizzas too. This is our all time favourite local restaurant. It’s an extremely popular pizzeria for good reason: Friendly, welcoming staff, great atmosphere, consistently good tasting food. The menu doesn’t show many vegan options, but clearly states to ask and staff will advise. I chose the classic spaghetti with garlic and olive oil and requested additional zucchini.
