š«š· This is the new all vegan š± bakery by Alexis Gauthier, the Michelin āļøstarred chef near Tottenham Court Road in London. In the morning thereās š„viennoiserie and at lunch they have a š„salad bar and fancy focaccia š„Ŗsandwiches. In the evening it becomes Studio Gauthier for vegan fine dining at more reasonable prices.
This custard Danish was superb for Ā£2.80 and I couldnāt resist trying one more pastry. š¤¦āāļø I was sad they didnāt have the almond croissant that @koelnerfrau had raved about. I think they are only open Monday to Friday at the minute which is a shame for those of us who work in the week. Fingers crossed that will change as their business and demand grows.
