Curry Ramen

Springy thin noodles with a generous amount of taupok fried beancurd puffs, fried soya ring rolls, and konjac 'fishcake' slices. 🍜 In terms of vegetables, there were long beans, cherry tomatoes, and somewhat strangely they seemed to have tossed in pickled achar (???) hahaha. 🫛🍅🥕 This was more of a (slightly oily) Singaporean Chinese-style curry gravy rather than a Japanese-style curry! 🌶️ Not my personal favourite, but I believe this is only available at the Adelphi outlet so it may be worth a try for that reason! This is by far the best curry ramen i had. First sip of the curry and i was sold! Delicious, spicy,tangy, creamy, all mixed at a perfect balance of taste. Enough gravy but not too watery n not too thick either. The noodles were of a perfect texture n consistency. Lots of ingredients- #cabbage #bakchoy #longbeans fried #beancurdskin #tomatoes ,mock #fishcake and of course you hv to hv #taupok in any decent Chinese style #curry. Really liking this place a lot. And i always see other customers checking out what others are eating,glad im not the only one who likes doing that.
