Favourite item on Crystal Jade's new Impossible Pork menu that's now been rolled out to
all the Jiangnan and Xiao Long Bao branches in Singapore. The "pork" is beautifully seasoned and sauteed - it's wonderful to have another meat replacement protein that actually tries to emulate pork and not beef - and I love the Romaine lettuce wrap concept. Highly recommended!
