Impossible burger

I was following the Impossible burger on its journey west, and Crossroads was the first

place where you could get it in LA. I don’t know what it is, maybe I got in late or something but it wasn’t nearly as good as it was hyped up to be. I learned later that it’s better to order it well done vs medium. Otherwise it’ll taste like a plain black bean burger.

I had high hopes especially since the chef here created the #impossibleburger but have to

say it was kind of a disappointment! Personally I love veggie burgers but have also had a couple of really good Impossible burgers. The patty here was super thin and a bit too overdone. The truffle fries were delicious. And we saw Ellen DeGeneres having lunch near us! #crossroads #mecca #hollywood
