Crepe and Spoon is an awesome all-vegan crepe and ice cream restaurant in Minneapolis. I

had their mint chip ice cream in a waffle cone, which was very creamy and rich and minty. Crepe and Spoon offers many yummy flavors, including novelties like ice cream tacos and ice cream sandwiches.

My favorite flavor of ice cream- veganized! I feel like this flavor was hard to

find once I went vegan so this was a pleasant surprise!

I love mint chip ice cream! It's a perfect after-meal flavor. Crepe and Spoon's version

is very minty! It reminded me of an Andes mint. This was really refreshing on a hot afternoon.

Crepe and Spoon is closing down permanently at the end of the summer 😔, so fo support them while you can! It's nice Reverie has a crepe special each weekend for brunch, but it's sad to lose such a unique vegan place! I'm pretty sure this is the only totally vegan ice cream shop we have!

Stopped by Crepe & Spoon for a sweet treat and I was not disappointed. The

mint chip ice cream took be back to my non-vegan days with the taste being exactly as I remembered. They had approx 12 various flavors to offer. I got the 1 scoop in a cup and it was $6.
