Creamy Tom Yum Soup

Signed myself up for trouble. I like it stimulatingly clear. This was anything but. Love my #coconutmilk as a separate entity elsewhere where it might belong, not in everything, not especially in my #tomyum (inhouse concoction) 😢 $10 down the drain, all creamy, cloying and protein lacking (biased review).
