Crêpe wirh caramelized onions, vegan cheese, artichokes, salad

The buckwheat dough for the galette tasted really good and the toppings were nice if nothing special. Fairly hard and chewy artichokes. Pretty pricey for what you get - you definitely pay for the view ;) Which was cool. I really wish the onions would have been any other colour than grey.... :) Very friendly helpful staff though!

The caramelized onions were very good, the artichokes could’ve been more seasoned. Overall the crêpe was okay but the dough was a bit dry and they could’ve put more veg cheese, basically more “effort” - there are only two vegan options so I understand it’s not their focus (yet).
