Cowgirl (vegan Maki)

A tempura fried pickle??!! This was such a wild sushi roll but somehow ended up being one of my favorites. If it had a little bit of vegan ground beef it would almost be like a burger! It has a tempura pickle, fried onions, and bbq “skin” on the outside (seemed like tofu skin marinated in bbq flavors). Very interesting flavor combinations for a sushi roll and far from traditional sushi but I loved it. #sushilover #sushi #vegansushi

What a unique and tasty roll! It is like they took the essence of a barbecue wrap and put it in a sushi roll. Probably not for everyone, but I sure liked it. #sushi #fusion #unique

Comes with 5 pieces but I ate 2 before taking the picture. Crispy onions and pickle tempura give this roll a great texture. The pickle flavor is mild enough to not over power the tasty bbq wrap. Lunch and happy hour specials are well worth the price.

This place has the best vegan sushi I have tried yet! So worth it!

Other than the vegan cowgirl, also had vegan black dragon and another vegan veggie roll. The cowgirl is ok but the vegan black dragon is top shelf standing and amazing!!!! Go get it right now. I was never a sushi person but after going vegan I'm loving vegan sushi. No harm to our planet or other living creatures ❤️❤️❤️
