Combo Plate with Tempeh Ribs, Soy Curls, Mac & Cheese, Collards, and Hushpuppies

This consisted of tender, meaty tempeh ribs and soy curls in tangy, sweet, and smoky BBQ sauce, 🌱-based mac & cheese, tender and tangy collard greens, and hushpuppies. It was hearty, full of flavor, and very generously sized, plenty for two people.
