Combo plate with Fufish and soy curls, hush puppies, mac n cheese& salad

Amazing smoked taste of the south in the Pacific Northwest, flavorful sweet tea, combo plate options so we could try a bit of each. Don’t want to miss the Mac no cheese, ribs and hush puppies. First place I’ve come across wi vegan smoked sausage!

How have I lived this long without soy curls?! Why do they not have a much better name than that? Loved homegrown smoker although everything is really fried!
