A delicious and rich dessert. This is the only vegan dessert option they offer on
the menu and is yummy combo of cashew cream, crumble, caramel pineapple topped with coconut and almond shavings. The crumble is supposed to be orange flavoured but I didnt pick that up. You can taste the coconut and almond shavings well though. The cashew cream is lovely and smooth and similar to a very good raw cheesecake, what makes this dish though is the addition of the caramel pineapple. It lifts the whole dish.
The portion was also a good size and easily shareable for two.
