I added brown mushrooms, garlic and caramelized onions to the margherita and it came out pretty good. I don't like most places' vegan cheese, but this one wasn't as oily and overpowering. I'll probably buy this again and add some avo. There's no caramelized onions on the uber eats menu, so I asked in the special instructions if I can swap the crispy onions for caramelized onions, which they did 😀🙏
