gosh the taste is divine! Ok but yet another dish with an acquired taste-i happen to be those who like the sourish spicy tangy dishes.
This is the #peranakan version that of the #malay #assampedas,this one is more thick sourish n tangy.
Comes with 2 of those huge pieces of #beancurdskin they call ‘fish’,tomatoes n okra in it. Served with steamed white rice.
Lovely pairing with their butter cream lion mane mushroom dish-the sweet really balance out the sour. And we had it wth sambal petai too so it’s a perfect combo!
