Fragrant Vegetable Ramen

Best part of the dish -- the soup itself. I felt that the ingredients could be more interesting. Maybe there could be more types of mushrooms.

Decided to eat clean for a change. Super fascinated when these came in hotpots covered in traditional fish bowls. It's called ramen but actually is mee sua. The soup tasted a little bit special but otherwise the ingredients were a pretty commonplace mix of veggies and tofu. I feel that $12.90 is too pricey for a humble meal, more the presentation and yummy soup but still. Thanks for the treat @dafnelately 🍜

Oops started eating before I remembered to take a photo so this photo isn't representative! Very simple and basic la mian soup but it was not bad! Had a lot of different vegetables.
